Together we’ll shape your family’s future, not just solve today’s problems.

  • The meeting fee is due at time of service. We will discuss payment of services in our first meeting. Fees are paid by credit card.

Insurance does not pay for mediation.

  • I require a credit or debit card on file in order to schedule sessions. Your card on file will be charged automatically for your portion of your session fee. The session fee is due at time of service.

  • You can pay for your therapy with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). However, you technically are not supposed to use these cards for missed appointments.

HSA and FSA cards cannot be used for mediation services

  • We take the following insurances for therapy:

    • Aetna

    • Medicaid Part B

    • Molina Medicare

*Insurance does not cover divorce mediation services

  • You will be provided a Superbill for your appointment that can be used to submit a claim. You may be able to get reimbursed for out of network services. It depends on your provider and plan.

You have the option of using a third party service to do this work for you. Reimbursify is a service that charges a few dollars to do this labor for you.

State insurance, otherwise known as Medicaid (“Apple Health” in Washington), never reimburses for out of network behavioral health services.

Divorce mediation is not covered under insurance Out-of-Network benefits. You will not receive a Superbill for divorce mediation services.

  • If you have out-of-network benefits, you may seek reimbursement if you wish. I do this by providing you with a “superbill”.

This is a monthly receipt that shows what services you received and the amount you’ve already spent. Clients submit claims for reimbursement with their insurance company.

The process for claim submission is different for each plan. Please contact your insurance to find out how you can submit superbills (as opposed to single session claims). You do this by calling the number on the back of your insurance card.

*Divorce mediation does not receive a superbill.

  • We do not have sliding scale spots at this time.

  • New federal laws help protect consumers from surprise medical bills. The No Surprises Act is part of the consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, is designed to protect clients from receiving unexpected medical bills.

Multiply your weekly therapy cost by 45 (the amount of weeks I work in the year) and you will arrive at your annual estimated therapy cost.

The "Good Faith Estimate” is meant to give an idea of what you'll be charged, prior to beginning services.
